Refund policy
Return/Exchanges
- KR Coast offers a 14- day return/exchange window from the time you receive your order.
To be eligible for return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received. This includes unworn, unused, and with any tags.
Our method of refund is a KR Coast e-Gift Card for the sale amount of the items. The UPS shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please contact us at hello@krcoast.com to initiate return/exchange with your name and order number.
A printable return label will be provided by email for a flat fee of $5.00 along with confirmation of your e-Gift Card amount.
We look forward to applying your e-Gift Card to your exchange or a next NEW FAVORITE.
